This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions, outlines Photos Cleaner’s procedures for handling refunds and cancellations. Any request for a return, refund, or cancellation of our Products or Services must comply with the terms detailed in this Policy.

Returns & Refund

We guarantee a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our products or services. Should you be dissatisfied with a product purchased through our payment gateways, you are entitled to a full refund within 60 days from the purchase date.

If you return your product and receive a refund, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your system and any other system where the product is licensed. The license will also be deactivated.

This 60-day money-back guarantee also applies to product subscriptions, provided the refund request is made within 60 days of the purchase date. The full refund only applies to the current subscription term.

You will not qualify for a refund if:
  • You request a return after 60 days from the purchase date.
  • The product license has expired.
  • You do not provide the order ID and/or the email address used at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You can unsubscribe from your product subscription anytime by contacting our support team.

Note that if you unsubscribe, your subscription will not automatically renew. However, your product subscription will remain active for the remaining days of your current (already paid for) subscription term. Refund eligibility will follow our money-back guarantee terms mentioned above.
